It’s excellent but I’m planning to try out it w/ the mix of beef, pork & veal. I’ll guess it’ll be a lot better. Pork loin is usually overcooked and dried out effortlessly but if you have a very good roast with a Extra fat cap on the best, that Extra fat might help! Ge
